XBOX 360 Review.

Fable 2 was a game I purchased on the internet on the day it was
released. I was looking forward to all the decisions you had to

Make to decide if you wanted to be good or evil.

Well, I beat the game with in two days. The game play was easy to

figure out. No need for cheats here! I ended the game as a big

Hulking bald man with a halo over his head not much of a reward!

I did everything in typical hero fashion. Bringing back all the

Innocent folks who had died. I could have brought back my dead
sister and dog or picked money. So, basically I was loved by towns

people and had a statue. No dog,No sister who was wrongly killed

and definately not enough money to buy the castle. It sucks!

So, If you play this game be evil. My ending sucked! This game is not

A bad game. The graphics are nice and the interactions are fun

Especially farting before a crowd of villagers! The missons can be

A little teadious though. The main storyline missions are a lttle

Bit more fun than the sub missions. If you develop you skills to

be hand to hand combat you character will be built like a hulk not

the best look! I am starting the game over and I am going to work on

being a evil marksman. I hope my character will look cooler and

either own the castle or have at least his dog! This game reminds me

of Rockstars games Bully since you are a cartoonish character running

around nice scenery and you can get in alot of trouble easily.

I give this game a rating of 8 out of 10. Enjoy.

Tips for Rock Band Drummers

CHALLENGING SONGS: When it comes to more challenging songs, you should know that patterns repeat themselves.
One common pattern is: double, bass drum, single, bass drum, double
Suggestion: Practice the above pattern before the song begins. Drumming before the song begins will not affect the score. Also practice during fills, that way when these patterns come up you are ready!

DRUM ROLLS: They are slower than you think! Practice the timing more than you practice your speed. Try switching hands slowly at first, then pick up speed. Be sure you are alternating hands all of the time.

PEDALING: Do not over exert yourself! Don’t raise your foot all of the way up. It is best not to use your heel in a way others suggest since can snap the pedal in half. Start a bit early so you can hit those fast two-pedal hits. Above all, keep in mind that the best sitting position will have your leg forming a right angle when you rest your foot on the pedal. You should be using mostly your calf muscles — your quads shouldn’t be doing much work at all.

Good foot pedal technique, on the other hand, isn’t painful because it’s all about moving your foot as little as possible. The less energy you use on each hit, the more hits you can perform, and the better a drummer you’ll be.

SONG SUGGESTIONS:

Each song has a different pattern, which means that some songs are better for practicing certain techniques than others. Here are some you might want to try.

“Go With The Flow” and “Paranoid” on Expert have simple hand patterns, but some fast pedal work to test your foot stamina.

“Orange Crush” and “The Hand That Feeds” (Hard and Expert) have sections with some fun off beat stuff on the right hand, which will test your limb independence. With “Orange Crush,” on Expert, you can also practice your 16th notes at a less breakneck pace than “Run to the Hills”

Try playing “29 Fingers” while tapping your right foot. (On the floor, not the pedal!) This is an example of forcing different limbs to play different parts of the beat. In this song, the right hand acts as the bass drum. Pretend your foot is a cymbal, and tap along.

If you want to perfect your bounce, try to tackle “Run to the Hills” on Expert. This song requires incredible speed, accuracy, and stamina, so you’ll really need to be using smaller, relaxed strokes.

Good luck drumming, and above all, practice, practice, practice!

My sister, a non-gamer has a new addiction! It’s called Rock Band and Xbox 360™. She is always the singer, with my niece being a flawless drummer. I always take up the guitar. My sister notes that she has difficulty (as she has a higher voice) hitting the low tones. However, she has no trouble howling. Our neighbors must think we are
crazy. My niece, Lisa is showing true drumming potential! My only complaint is that I wish that I could play a Les Paul or Gibson instead of a Fender. The audio also sometimes seems inconsistent.

My opinion of Rock Band is summed up by what my sister has to say about it. It is a great way to unite the family on a boring winter evening and give them something fun to do!

You may inquire, “What is Rock Band 2?”

Accoring to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_Band_2): The game allows players to perform in virtual bands by providing up to four players with the ability to play three different peripherals modeled after music instruments (a guitar peripheral for lead guitar and bass guitar gameplay, a drum peripheral, and a microphone). These peripherals are used to simulate the playing of rock music by hitting scrolling notes on-screen. In addition to the 84 songs included on the game disc and 20 free downloadable songs, hundreds of additional downloadable songs are being released for the Xbox 360, Wii, and PlayStation 3 versions; all of these songs, existing and future, are compatible with all Rock Band titles. Rock Band 2 features improved drum and guitar controllers, while supporting older controllers,as well. New features include a “Drum Trainer” mode, a “Battle of the Bands” mode, online capabilities for “World Tour” mode, and merchandising opportunities for the players’ virtual bands. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_Band_2

CUSTOMIZATION (WIKIPEDIA http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_Band_2):

In Quickplay modes, players can assemble variable-length custom setlists, allowing multiple songs to be played in sequence without returning to the song selection menu in between each song.Like the original, Rock Band, players can create and customize their own in-game character, complete with adjustable hair, body physique, clothing, tattoos, piercings, onstage movements, and instruments. Using cash earned within the game, the player may purchase items at the in-game “Rock Shop,” with which they can customize their rock star. The game features an art maker where players can combine

different clip art elements to create custom face paint, tattoos, clothing designs, instrument artwork, and band logos. The same character will be usable to play any of the instruments in the game, unlike in Rock Band where a character was fixed to one specific instrument.Players’ characters created in the first Rock Band will not be able to be transferred to Rock Band 2, although all of the clothing and accessories from Rock Band are present in Rock Band 2. Through the game’s updated website on October 6, 2008, players are able to interact with their virtual characters and band. Using the website’s “Merch Booth”, users can simulate a photo shoot by posing their characters, choosing a backdrop, and applying visual effects. Any pictures taken can be used to order custom merchandise, including t-shirts, posters, keychains, and stickers. Additionally, the Merch Booth allows users to purchase figurines modeled after their characters. The six-inch-tall figurines are created by the Z Corporation using 3D printing techniques, and will cost $70.

TOUR MODE (WIKIPEDIA http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_Band_2)

Unlike Rock Band, which segregated the single-player Solo Tour mode and the multiplayer Band World Tour mode, Rock Band 2 features a single “Tour” mode that makes no distinction of the number of players. Any combination of 1–4 players, both online and local, can create a band composed of the player(s)’ virtual characters. A band leader is no longer necessary, allowing the characters within the band lineup to change at will, as well as swap instruments. The band must also select a name and hometown before proceeding to their “practice space”. From here, the band can choose to “Start Tour”, undertake “Tour Challenges”, or compete with other bands in “Battle
of the Bands.” If the band chooses to “Start Tour”, they will enter the game’s equivalent of the original Rock Band’s Band World Tour mode, allowing the band to play gigs and tour a virtual representation of the world. Once setup is complete, the band can begin playing concerts in small venues in their hometown until they unlock vans, tour buses and private jets, which unlock more cities and different continents. Unlocking and completing new gigs unlocks additional songs for play across all game modes. Successful performances also earn the band fans, stars, and in-game cash. Most cities and larger venues require the band to achieve a certain number of fans and stars before they are unlocked. The band must complete unique sets of activities at each venue. Performances consist of single songs, multiple song sets, “make your own” setlists, and mystery setlists. For certain performances, bands are faced with an optional challenge that requires the band to average a certain number of stars for their gig in order to reap the rewards. Bands can also hire personnel, including band managers, roadies, and sound guys. The second option from the band’s “practice space” is “Tour Challenge”, which is a set of non-linear challenges. Some of these challenges include completing certain band-specific setlists, sets of songs that are difficult on a particular instrument,or songs all with a common theme. New downloadable songs will be integrated into this mode, allowing the creation of new challenges. Players can save their progress through these setlists and complete them at a later time. Newly purchased songs that will extend the length of a Tour Challenge setlist will also need to be completed in order for the challenge to be completed.

The final option from the band’s “practice space” is “Battle of the Bands”, only available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii versions of the game. This mode allows the band to virtually compete against other bands via online scoreboard tracking. This mode is composed of limited-time online tournaments created by Harmonix, with approximately five to ten challenges available any time. Challenges may be made up of one or more songs, and may be geared to one instrument or a full band. The songs will not be limited to those on the Rock Band 2 disc and will include ones that use songs off the Rock Band disc and downloaded content; it is expected that challenges centered around downloadable albums will also be made available. Challenges may also provide special rules, such as turning on the “no
fail” mode for a difficult guitar song, or completing a song without activating “Overdrive”. While playing the challenge, the band will see the score of the next highest band from the online leaderboard, as well as a “tug of war” meter to show how close they are to the score. If a band’s score is surpassed, they will be notified the next time they are online. Challenges participated in and the corresponding scores will be tracked as part of the band’s history, with this information also being made available through the game’s website. Unlike the original Rock Band, players can designate custom characters as “stand-in musicians” for their band members, which will be available to place in the position of the default musicians created by Harmonix.

OTHER MODES (WIKIPEDIA http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_Band_2)

Also included in Rock Band 2 is a “Training” mode, which will help players learn how to play each instrument. Within this mode is the “Drum Trainer”, which will help players improve on the drums through a “Beat Trainer” (with dozens of drum beats to practice), “Fill Trainer” (which will teach players how to perform better drum fills), and a “Freestyle Mode” (which will allow player to freeplay the drums, or play over MP3 songs on their Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 console). The “Extras” menu of the game allows “modifiers” to be activated; some of these include “No Fail Mode,”which will allow playing through songs without anyone being able to fail, and a
“Breakneck Speed” mode, similar to the Hyperspeed code in Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock which doubles the track’s scrolling speed. The “Score Duel”, “Tug of War”,”Quickplay”, and “Tutorial” modes from the original Rock Band are also retained.

INSTRUMENT PERIPHERALS (WIKIPEDIA http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_Band_2)

Four people play on the Rock Band 2 stage at the Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle, Washington, August 29, 2008. All of the original Rock Band peripherals are compatible with Rock Band 2 for the same console. Similarly, the newly designed peripherals for Rock Band 2 are backwards compatible with the original Rock Band. The game features special Rock Band 2-branded guitar controllers modeled after the Fender Stratocaster. The guitar is nearly identical to the original Rock Band Stratocaster in terms of gameplay. The Stratocaster controller has five additional fret buttons of smaller size located lower down the guitar neck, allowing for notes to be played as finger tapping during solos. The controller also features an effects pickup switch that can toggle between five different effects. Overdrive for guitarists can be deployed by holding the controller in a vertical position or pressing the “Select/Back” button. Improvements to the new guitar include a more reliable strum bar and Overdrive accelerometer, a self-timing calibration, and quieter fret buttons. The bass drum pedal from the drum set can also be used with the guitar to activate Overdrive mode. The bundled drum controller is also similar to the one featured in the original Rock Band. It features four rubber drum pads and a kick pedal. The pads have colored rings around the edges that correspond to the notes on-screen. The kick pedal simulates the bass drum, with on-screen notes represented as orange horizontal lines. To use the drum controller, players must strike the pads with the included authentic drum sticks and/or press the kick pedal in time with the scrolling notes on-screen. Drummers can improvise in special “freestyle drum fill” sections of songs, indicated by the columns for each note turning a solid color. Overdrive for drummers can be deployed by hitting the crash cymbal (green note for right-handed configuration) that appears directly after a freestyle drum fill. New improvements
include velocity-sensitive drum pads (the force of the drum hits will dictate the in-game volume) with more rebound and less noise,[19] a metal-reinforced kick pedal, expansion plugs for separately-sold cymbals manufactured by Mad Catz, and wireless capabilities.

Rock Band 2’s USB microphone instrument is identical to the microphone from the original game. Singers are judged by pitch, or during “talking parts”, their ability to enunciate spoken vocals. The phoneme detection system used for atonal vocal parts has been completely replaced with a new, more lenient engine, and songs imported from Rock Band and pre-existing downloadable content will be converted to use the new phoneme system. Some sections without vocals will display circle notes, allowing for the microphone to be used as a tambourine and cowbell by tapping it or making vocal cues. Overdrive for singers can be deployed by singing in freestyle vocal sections of songs, denoted by yellow artwork in the background of the vocalsinterface.

Harmonix and MTV Games will also be providing limited edition instruments, including an authentic Fender Squire Stratocaster guitar and Precision Bass retrofitted with the game’s input controls by Mad Catz. Additionally, Ion Audio is selling a “Premium Drum Kit” that not only works within Rock Band 2, but can also be expanded into an
authentic electronic drum kit through the purchase of a separately-sold drum brain. The “Premium Drum Kit” features four drum pads, two cymbal pads (with the option of a third), and a bass pedal.

The Rock Band 2 peripherals and Guitar Hero Wold Tour peripherals will be cross-compatible with their respective games for the same console.Microsoft has also stated that instruments on the Xbox 360 will be compatible between the two games, as well as Rock Revolution. The Wii version of Rock Band 2 will be able to use guitars from Guitar Hero III, though it is yet unknown if the instruments from Guitar Hero World Tour will be compatible.

We have Rock Band 1, Rock Band 2 and have recently picked up AC/DC.

Trivia about Rock Band 2:

• It is the first and only game to feature AC/DC: Let There Be Rock.
• It is also the first game to feature the music of Bob Dylan: Tangled Up in Blue.
• Rock Band 2 has retroactive compatibility with all Rock Band downloadable musiccontent released to date.
• If you have Rock Band 1, you have the unprecendented ability to export most of the Rock Band tracks and upgrade to Rock Band 2 gameplay.
• Expect the Rock Band music library to expand to over 500 by the end of the year!
• Most (if not all) tracks are master recordings.

The Rock Band online Music Store recently surpassed 16 million paid downloads since the game’s launch in late November 2007. I find it further interesting that Guitar Hero has responded by plastering their ads all over the place, even on KFC dinners and Apple Jacks cereal!

With more than 200 tracks available to date on disc and via download purchase (complete list of tracks at http://www.rockband.com/dlc), the massive Rock Band Music Store allows players to preview and purchase downloadable individual music tracks, packs and albums from the vast selection of offerings available as they build their own custom Rock Band library.

MEGA MAN 9 (PS3)

Hint: Screw/Extra Life Farming

If you want to farm for screws and the like, consider going back to Plug Man’s stage after clearing it. By playing through the stage over and over again in its entirety, you can collect two extra lives, an E-Tank (the only E-Tank in any of the eight Robot Master stages) and around 45 screws per visit. It is indeed the most lucrative of the stages to head to in this regard.

The Jewel Satellite on just about any stage will allow you to easily harvest screws and extra lives from unsuspecting enemies as well. The best place to use the Jewel Satellite is in the initial run on Concrete Man’s stage. The birds, the rocks they drop, and the enemies that come out of holes in an attempt to knock you into them will give you endless amounts of screws and extra lives if enough time is spent. Run back and forth with the Jewel Satellite equipped during on the first section of Concrete Man’s stage, respawning enemies and collecting ridiculous amounts of screws!

There’s another great technique to get as many screws as you need. With the Jewel Satellite in your inventory, head to Plug Man’s stage. Head to the first pipe you find that spawns endless amounts of slow-moving floating robots. Engage the shield and sit right next to the pipe. Enemies will run into you from above, dropping whatever items they drop right on top of you, including small screws. Stand there for as long as needed to acquire the amount of screws you w

Hint: Acquiring the Rush Jet Adaptor

The Rush Jet Adaptor is acquired differently in Mega Man 9 than fans may be accustomed. Instead of getting it when defeating a specific Robot Master and assimilating the skill along with that Robot Master’s weapon, the Rush Jet Adaptor is earned by Mega Man after any five Robot Masters are slain. When the fifth is killed, Roll and Auto will automatically give Mega Man this adaptor.

Below is the suggested order to defeat the Robot Masters in, as well as which weapons to use on both them and the bosses in Dr. Wily’s castle. Keep in mind that in terms of the Robot Masters, you can jump in at any point, but we recommend starting with Galaxy Man and going from there.

· Dr. Wily #3 - Use Plug Ball**

* - The Laser Trident is the weakness of all three sections of this boss, but the middle section is made much, much easier by using the Tornado Blow on it.

** - The Plug Ball is the primary weakness of Wily’s final form (the UFO). However, if he appears too high to attack with the Plug Ball, quickly switch over to the Hornet Chaser and use it on him. They will hit him high above for only one bar of energy per strike, but it will help you decrease his energy a little bit more.

Hint: Surviving

Mega Man 9 is hard. There are two specific items that will help you beyond the usual batch of extra lives and E-Tanks that you should consider purchasing with your screws if you’re having difficulty. The first item to be considered are Shock Guards, which can be purchased from Auto and Roll and will allow you to survive any unintentional encounter with instant-kill spikes (once per purchase). The other item is called a Beat Call, and will automatically save you from any unintentional encounter with a pit or chasm (once per purchase). If you’re having difficulty getting through any given stage, especially in Dr. Wily’s castle, consider a visit to the store to purchase these two items to even the odds.

Hint: Miniboss Weaknesses

To easily defeat the rock miniboss on Jewel Man’s stage, equip the Hornet Chaser. The Hornet Chaser, when deployed, will attack and damage the rock foe even when he’s on the ceiling, forcing him to come down where you can quickly finish him off.

To easily defeat the flame dragon miniboss on Magma Man’s stage and in Dr. Wily’s castle, consider equipping the Concrete Shot. Five shots to the face of the dragon with the Concrete Shot will quickly dispatch it. While the Black Hole Bomb will suck all of the flames off of the dragon’s body, rendering it unable to attack, it won’t heavily damage the dragon itself. Use the Concrete Shot instead.

Well hello boys and girls, look what I found for you MEGA MAN 9. An oldie but goodie if we all remember. All I know is this game is harder and challenges to really work on building up your gear.

So if you want to step back into your power boots and get your arm cannon ready, lets rock this joint out with MEGAMAN 9. And as I always say “Keep on Gaming” Gamers!!!!

FOR PS3

Welcome to Bad Company, soldier, where only the most undesirable and inept members of the American military find themselves. You’ll take the role of Private Preston Marlowe and hope to survive an all-out war between the United States and Russia. Do you have what it takes? Well, that question is irrelevant, because Game Diva, we’ll make sure that you do. And yes, there’s more to Battlefield: Bad Company than just bloodshed and endless war. There are riches to be had, too. Lots and lots of riches which drive the men of Bad Company to continue to fight.

You love war like games then you will want to play this one. I have played it and well was a little overwhelmed since I do not play games like this too often, should have seen me as I played Army of Two. I threw down the remote controller and ran away, too complicated at first, then 3 weeks later I’m a mean killing machine. So as I slowly play this one I to have a role in bad company lol.

Enjoy “Keep On Gaming” Gamers.

This is the cutest game Ive seen for all ages. This game is for PC and it was made by the creators of The Sims.

spore is an enjoyable game that pulls off an interesting balancing act. On one hand, it lets you create a creature and guide its maturation from a single cell to a galactic civilization through an unusual process of evolutionary development. Because the tools used to create and revise this creature are so robust and amusing, and each creation’s charms are so irresistible, it’s hard not to get attached to your digital alter ego. On the other hand, this intimacy is abandoned in the long, later portions of the game, when you lead your full-grown civilization in its quest for universal domination. The idea sounds ambitious, though Spore isn’t as much a deep game as it is a broad one, culling elements from multiple genres and stripping them down to their simplest forms. By themselves, these elements aren’t very remarkable; but within the context of a single, sprawling journey, they complement each other nicely and deliver a myriad of delights.

So I hope you use these cheats to help yourself out, as I always say “keep on gaming”.

The renowned Silent Hill survival horror series makes its handheld gaming debut with a brand new adventure that reveals many of the series’ most hallowed secrets.

The storyline of PSP Silent Hill Origins
Travis Grady, a truck driver with insomnia and other issues. With a past that he doesn’t like to talk about and even has trouble remembering, Travis is alone in the world, and likes things that way. Unfortunately for him, he finds himself driving his freight towards the town of Brahms on a stormy night, and decides to take a shortcut past Silent Hill to save himself some time. What unfolds, however, is much more than a simple detour, as Travis slams on the brakes when he sees a small child in the road. The trucker finds himself dragged into Silent Hill, where, unbeknownst to him, his fate is intertwined with that of Alessa, Dahlia and the Order.

This is the first Silent Hill game for a handheld game platform (PSP). The storyline set before the events of the first Silent Hill game. With the PSP you have enhanced camera system. With the PSP you get updated controls allowing for more fluid combat and details exploration of the environment. Last but not least you get original soundtrack famed series composer by Akira Yamaoka.

I don’t know about you but I love the whole Silent Hill Series. I love turning all the lights off in the room I’m in turning the volume up just a tad for a good scare. Playing during the day is boring, at night makes you freak out. Every noise that’s around you makes you jump. I hope these Hints, Cheats and Codes helped you out. Like I said before I’m not a big PSP fan but for those out their who play the heck out of theirs I hope I helped, and as I always say
“Keep On Playing”………

Ahh another weekend over, and all I did was homework. No gaming for the Game Diva. Spent some time with family enjoying the last of the warmer days in the great outdoors here in Michigan. Once the weather gets cold up-north then all the good days are over. Fall is wonderful up here, the many colors on the trees, smell of buring wood from wood stoves floats in the air. Fall is a short season, but a nice calm change. I have started slowly putting the hot weather clothes away. Uhh what a sad sight to see the shorts and tank-tops put back into the summer bins and placed back into ther closet.

I’ve been watching a lot of Trailer Park Boys the last two months. Ricky, Julian and Bubbles crack me up. The BS they get in to.

Football, oh another year of heartbreak for me, I’m a Lions fan and they lost to the Falcons already, another bad year for the Kittens I mean Lions………..

I hope I get some more cheats codes or anything I’ve been having writers block for a few days. If anyone has any ideas on cheats write me!!!!!
